How the QMCPy public website relates to the technical documentation.

This site is the public-facing home for QMCPy. It is intended to make project news, community information, and learning pathways easier to find.

The detailed package documentation is maintained separately in the QMCSoftware repository and published with MkDocs at the QMCPy documentation site. This website links to that documentation rather than duplicating it.
